Robert Adelberg is the rudest, most disrespectful person I have ever met in my entire life. He will yell at you for no reason and he will insult you in every way that he can. A Horrible Man – My boyfriend and I were hoping to rent an apartment here in Louisville. We fell in love with this delightful two bedroom that seemed like the perfect fit for us. When my boyfriend spoke with Mr. Adleberg he was told that based on our relationship status and the fact that the jobs we both have we haven't had for over two years, our deposit was going to be over two grand. No Problems here – Mr. Adleberg was my Landlord for 7 years. My husband and I never had trouble. He was always respectful and friendly. Mr. Adelberg tries to get a good fit in his buildings - neighbors that will get along, not play loud music into the night. I respect that and appreciate that someone is looking out for me. I always felt safe in his buildings and would rent from him again.

Roberts Rude Realators – I have leaved in Jefferson County all my life. I wanted to rent from Roberts company. I met him at one of his appartments and we started talking. I asked how much the cost was and he started to yell at me. Then after that he preached to me that I didn't no squat. This ticked me off..... BADLY.... Finnally I started to tell him I'm leaving. Bad landlord, has no respect for tenants and terrible management – He is absolutely the worst realtor and landlord, I have ever had to deal with. Robert Adelberg is very rude, and has no customer service skills what so ever. He treats his tenants like garbage and does not take care of the apartments like they should be taken care of. When something needs to be fixed he doesn't fix it and when you have any type of problem he blames everything on you, so that he doesn't have to solve it. If you have any problems, he is horrible to deal with – My roommate and I had our bathroom ceiling cave in due to a leak in the apartment above and it took them over four weeks to fix it (and the work only took four consecutive days).
