Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this urologist promptly return your phone calls? Yes Does this urologist use current and safe equipment? Yes, the equipment is very advanced! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Does this urologist give unbiased advice? Yes Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Was it easy to make an appointment with this urologist? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left

I am currently a student in Roanoke and so the office was relatively close to the school and easy to locate with directions. I did not have a good experience. The office is old and out of date (computers from the 1980s) and the collection cups for urine aren't even sterile. Dr. Whisnant listened to my history but I was very uncomfortable with the physical exam. He did nothing to put me at ease. I was also very disappointed with the advice he offered to me.
