I am sorry I can't give a good review, as my son's appointment has been cancelled three times now in the last year and half he has been waiting. I am not sure why they are feeling the need to hurt someone physically by cancelling all the time and not immediately rescheduling for the next day, but he waits months and then it is cancelled again. Mean while, he suffers further nerve damage. Maybe because he is on medi-cal?

Terrible experience! I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for care. The provider was unprofessional, rude, and seemed to have no regard for his patients. His attitude made it clear that he is not suited for this line of work and should retire. Additionally, the receptionist was equally rude and unhelpful. It's hard to imagine how a customer-facing role is a good fit for her. I highly recommend finding a more respectful and compassionate healthcare provider. Side note: their breath smelt horrible

Strangest experience I've ever had with a doctor. He was extremely rude and snapping at me. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I tried to turn the experience around and somehow make it pleasant, which for reasons I cannot explain, actually worked. We talked about a variety of subjects throughout the test. That said, I would never go back and would only recommend him to my worst enemy.

I got this doctor's number form my insurance company and called to make an appointment The person who answered the phone was unwelcoming and unwilling to support me. It felt like she was not interested in new patients. I would have been okay if she just simply said that they dont want a new patients. I just did not expect such a cold and unwelcoming attitude towards a new patient.
