This review is very hard to talk about because I was under the care of Dr. Robert Rovner for 26yrs and on February 11th, 2026 he released me from his care and I am in dire need of spinal surgery. Don't get me wrong Dr. Rovner is a great surgeon and I love his if Mrs Rover but Dr. Rovner would nor give me the time of day to hear my side of why I had to reschedule my surgery on October 13th, 2025. Dr. Rovner's office is great! His office staff is always professional and very attentive. They always make my visits go smoothly. The wait time is very minimal, if there is any at all. They do great follow-up with the claims adjusters and help move yourcaseforward.
This isn't for the surgeons, but the people they have entrusted their office and reputation to. It seems to me the only reason these people have a job is because they're bilingual. They have lost insurance forms, causing critical surgery to be pushed back months, then lied about it. No respect for your time, as they triple book, you will be waiting around 2 hours for a simple follow up. There are dozens of orthopedic surgeons in the bay, don't trust your health to these people.
Dr Robert Ronver completed my spinal fusion when he was with Webster Orthopedic in Oakland. He saved my life, and I'm forever grateful. I wish him nothing but blessings, and I hope he is well.
