When you go for a GI eval c/o of abdominal pain and this Dr didn’t even examine me just reviewed my meds talked to me about diet handed me a pamphlet As a medical professional this is totally unexceptable I never went back !
Can we do 0 stars on bedside manner? A cold fish. Asked me why I was there, I felt as if I was on trial and he didn't believe me, and certainly didn't listen to me say what my symptoms are before cutting me off. Told me to come back in 2 weeks. Less than 120 seconds in the room, and that's being generous. No suggestions to relieve the pain, diet, nor possible causes... told me to go to the lab- same tests I had just done with my primary, but he wasn't interested in those results... and I was sickened to spend another $120 on... read more
Medical dismissing and gaslighting by the receptionist I called and asked questions to. Completely rude and unprofessional with obvious poor training. She kept blaming me for asking simple questions. After reading the reviews below, I may not go through with the procedure. Don’t let yourself be gaslit by people , especially regarding medical follow ups or procedures.
This Dr is terrible. So dismissive. I was in the ER and apparently he has some exclusive contrast at Northern Duchess so he was the only G.I. Doctor who was able to see me. I bet they'll have a lawsuit on their hands soon enough because he didn't even care to treat me. He didn't even introduce himself when he walked in the room. Do not go to him. one star is even too many. If you have a GI emergency, go to another hospital.
