Very self centered and unable to answer questions regarding care. Staff is snotty and uncaring. Bedside manner needs to improve. Would not recommend to care for a dog we are changing to UofM
The doctors are great. They saved my life but left me hanging when I got covid. I am still trying to get an appointment 2 months after. He told me to go to the hospital even though my issues were not severe enough so Medicare would not pay. The woman who answer the phone are horribly irresponsible, uncaring, gaslight rare disease and chronice long term patients. They hang up on people, do not take messages, return phone calls. Dr.Pensler was recommended by my GP. I had previously been diagnosed with asbestosis. He immediately had me tested for sleep apnea and I have been using a c-pap since 2011. I have yearly checkups with Chest x-rays and sleep apnea updates with the sd card from my machine. My new cpap automatically keeps track of my sleep through Bluetooth.
Just seen dr Robert pensler feb 29 2021. Alway Polite and says hello When he comes in the room. I have seen him for 14 years for my asthma. He sent me to A E.N.T thanks to him i found out i have 20 severe allergies that was triggering my asthma. After 2 1/2 years of allergies shots I went from 20 severe allergies to 6 severe allergies still getting shots. but when allergies trigger my asthma he always fits me in or stays over to see me . And many doctors will not do that matter a fact he is the only doctor who has done that ... read more
