Office staff was rude , non caring and not helpful in the least.Booked an Appointment months ahead of time , took 3 hours off work only to find out that THEY elected to cancel my appointment via voicemail .( which was never received) I would NOT recommend the office to anyone. I work in customer service and if my employees handled customer service like this I would shut the office and require immediate training.In the Drs group defense, they are probably very knowledgeable and efficient. The staff in this place don’t have sensibility with the patients. They don’t care about your health is just about make ends meet to their favor. The Doctors are good but the ladies in the front office are bitter as a lemon. When a patient goes to see the doctor is because is in the need. Personnel in that office needs to be retrain to work for their customers and make them feel welcome and safe in the treatment of their health issues.
Refused to service me because he won't accept a cash paying patient, this is appalling, I'm paying you instantly, you don't have to wait or bill insurance and you won't see me? That's not how a doctor should act, what's the motivation to not take money from someone without insurance, makes no sence.
Very professional office and medical care with concern and caring.
