If negative stars were an option, I would give negative TEN. It took us over a week of calling daily to finally receive a call back, from the rudest receptionist I have ever spoken with. No introduction. Blunt. “What can I help you with?” I explained. Then the response was harsh, “We can’t help you, it would be a conflict of interest.” No explanation. No apology.
