I paid $3,400 for mr. Martin to make me a revocable living trust, 16 years ago. He offered Very LITTLE guidance on putting accounts or property’s or tangible items into the trust. Or guidance on how to use the trust to your advantage. I just spent $2,495 to have my trust RESTATED, in Arizona. My grandparents have a significant amount of land that they asked Robert to put into a trust; a trust that only included their children and not spouses. They met with him a couple times and each time he charged thousands of dollars (about 4 thousand each time). After my grandma passed away, it was discovered that Robert didn't do anything they asked.
