My mother is/was a patient of Dr. Martello. We both really liked him, but now we got a message from the office saying he is gone. No answers, no reasons, and now they just assign a new Dr. to my mother. We called and get no answers on why he left or where he is.
Dr. martello is a caring excellent physician. He has always been super nice to us.
Doctor Martello has been my primary physician since I was a child! Doc has always had deep ties with the community and cares for families like they were his own! If your looking for a physician to treat your family right you MUST reach out to him for a consultation! Appreciate you Doc and the team for your hard work and attention to detail!
Dr Martello is great but can’t say anything good about his office staff. They tried to say I threatened them by saying I was going to call corporate on them. Office staff does not answer phones, don’t follow up on anything that the doctor wants patient to have, been waiting over 2 months for a referral that I need for treatment with no response or they try to say oh it didn’t go thru, really if I hadn’t called it would still be in lingo.
