Owner has a terrible attitude and got personally offended just from us asking questions and trying to understand the policy. I’m sure we’re not the first customers he’s lost to his temper tantrums, and I’m sure we won’t be the last. Feel bad for his employees. They call themselves lobster insurance, but it seems more like crabby insurance 🦀 Attached is the email that set him off

Very much, looking forward to continuing business with this company. Friendly and professional service and they really took the time to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend!
