It has taken me almost a decade to find a doctor that actually understands rheumatological conditions well, the constant changes and treatment needs, but also actual care for the whole body and a whole person, and that doctor is Dr. Hozman. Very good doctor! Unbelievable staff in the negative! More concerned with charging me money for missed appointments than my health! I’m still dealing with pneumonia after weeks, just out of the ER a week ago. My insurance again is giving me a difficult time about receiving my meds. I’m trying to sort out the confusion caused by my insurance. Dr. Hozmans staff doesn’t seem to or want to understand this. I tried to update Dr. Hozman through a phone call. Disorganized and still overbooking appointments. In the waiting room for my first appointment, and it's an hour past my appointment time. Once you're back, the doctors are fine, but the waiting room is the Malebolge.

He is a good doctor but his office is very disorganized. Every time I have gone there I had to wait 45 min-1 hour past my appointment time. That is just inexcusable. They book too many patients close together. Secondly, I had to repeatedly call to get my blood work results because the dr. never called me back. Again, that is not right. No patient should have to repeatedly call to get test results. Lastly, I asked for access to the patient portal and again no one every called me back. I still do not have access to it.
