Dr Houghton is my and my husband’s former doctor. My husband had many chronic health issues, some for years, which were routinely minimized or dismissed by him and several other bpc practitioners when initial treatments failed. We finally came in together with a typewritten list and said something underlying has to be connecting these things. On time, knowledgeable, accurate diagnosis, listen, answer questions to the point, great staff
He was rude and not compassionate. The staff at Carle were terrible. I would never recommend him.
This visit was an annual check up just to update my medicine & check on my overall health. Dr Fogo took time to listen & discuss how I can improve my overall health. I felt that he listened carefully & was helpful with his suggestions. He is very kind
She has poor communication skills, and seemingly no training dealing with autistic people. She would pick a single word from a sentence I said, go on an unrelated tangent, and jump to false conclusions. It made her very hard to talk to, which made it very hard to get proper treatment. Would not recommend.

Judgemental and Accusatory. Had preconceived notions about me. Obviously took one look at my chart and wrote me off as unworthy of her time. Told me I wasn't her typical case as she does the more complicated cases now, but she guessed she could do mine. Proceeded to tell me over the counter and an antipsychotic medications are fine for post surgical pain. Did not explain procedure. This provider is very neglectful and refuses to see her patients after procedures. She does not return phone calls or follow up. She picks and chooses who she will provide great care for. My mother is worse after her procedure with Dr. Stroink and she is avoiding us.
