I have seen him personally and then my mom for endoscopy and follow up. He is an amazing and caring doctor. I would not hesitate recommending him to family and friend.
I saw Dr. Gross for acid reflux and he was phenomenal. Great bedside manner and a really thoughtful and caring person. Takes the time to listen.
Dr Robert A Gross is one of the very best GI Doctors. As an RN I have worked with several and he has always impressed me; that's why I go to him.
Horrible bed side manner! First visit went really well, but that was about it. After finding out I had SIBO, he was horrible about returning phone calls and scheduling follow up appointment. His secretaries don't always pass on your message, but when you tell him, he does not even apologize. When I did speak to him, I mentioned the medicine I received was giving my stomach pain, and his reply was it shouldn't.
