My wife who used, and will use time from time when she can, Dr. Graves and she has since 2017. The Doctor himself is a professional, but his staff … not at all professional nor intelligent. Plus the flip flop at wether he does or does not work at Burnet Seaton. Wether he can do or not do more then acute diagnosis. I mean the list has begun to get quite long on what kind of doctor you really are. Compassionate provider. Answered all of my questions.
I was able to get an appointment quickly and the Phreesia check-in was easy making check-in time quick and easy. The front office staff is top notch. Dr Graves is an amazing Physician. He calmed my anxiety about my dog bites and his clinical staff were so kind and efficient. Great place.
