A huge regret of mine is hiring Rob. When I initially called him asking to subdivide my property he was confident and said he can handle the job with no problems. 8 excruciating months of working with him later he could not have been more wrong. When we were finally able to schedule a meeting with the township board the first time, Rob was sorely unprepared.
