My son who is 6 months old needs to see an ophthalmologist. This office refused to schedule an appointment because I didn't want to sign the "Financial Agreement" form. Under this form, it is NOT ONLY ABOUT FINANCIAL! They want my son to be a guinea pig indefinitely! They sneaked in this authorization on a financial form. BEWARE! I FILED A GRIEVANCE ON THEM. I had an outstanding!! experience with Dr. Clark. My 2 year old came in due to eye crossing and vision issues and he was so great and my sons eye thankfully I see corrrect over time. I am glad they were not quick to do surgery but take time to really evaluate his eye correction journey.
