Seven Rivers Hospital and Dr. Clark X-rays came back negative. After another month of pain I got x-rays elsewhere which showed a broken bone that now will require surgery to correct because of the delay in treatment. To add insult to injury apparently Dr. Clark does not coordinate with Seven Rivers Hospital to get the insurance information I provided so he sent me a letter marked COLLECTION NOTICE in bold with no mention of what service or date of service.
