I had bilateral hip labral repairs and PAOs with Dr. Christian and Dr. Van de Velde, and I couldn't be more thankful for the services and care they provide. Dr. Christian was attentive and truly cared about my injuries, surgeries, and recovery, and I feel that I got my hips and body back since I was under their care.
I waited 1.5 hrs in the waiting room - I was then brought to a room and in time the intake guy walked in and told me he had AI questions. One of the questions was if I could sit and I noted that I sat for 1.5 hrs in the waiting room - No Reaction - he never looked up from his screen to face me - The Patient Patient!!!! Absolutely, NO Apology from Him or from the MD who arrived with Attitude. He was totally full of himself and he should have applied his MBA to manage his schedule so the patients were not hostage to him.
I've been going to this location for 3 years. There is plenty of free parking. The location is clean and up to date, and the staff is consistently friendly, professional, and courteous. There have never been long wait times. Dr. Christian is great at what he does. I always feel heard, and leave with a resolution to my issue. Highly recommended
It took me 25 years to have a serious accident. I am 4 months post opp from ACL/Meniscus surgery, Dr. Christian’s team took great care of me from start to finish.
