Bob has worked on my teeth for decades. He is patient with my gag reflect (some dentists are not) and has an easy-going demeanor. He knows what he is doing. To be sure, he is a family friend, but I can hear him interact with other patients, and he demonstrates the same level of care with them.
Office and dentist are outdated. I was called and asked to come in early but then sat in the chair by myself for almost a half hour. When dr. Charmichael did finally see me there was a lot of face and throat touching which was super weird and uncomfortable.
Most definitely, a dentist you can trust!! Dentist appointments can be dreadful and painful experience, but not this time!! I felt fully taken care of by the Doctor who is kind and genuinely cares about my needs - nice and reassuring exception in the world full of greedy dentists who only care about one's health insurance charges...
