TERRIBLE DOCTOR! My mother went in for her tinnitus, and instead of making her feel heard and explaining things properly, the doctor asked her, “Why did you come over here?” in a very rude and dismissive manner. She left the appointment in tears. His behavior was extremely unprofessional, and he failed to provide her with a proper explanation or make her feel comfortable. I would NOT recommend this doctor.
no stars is being kind,,very condescending, didn't address things I went to see him for. I brought in some meds to show him what was previously given to me and was asked why I didn't go see that Dr. Dr Batista has been around for a while, maybe he should think about retiring

Went to see this ENT after being referred because I was having facial pressure on the left side of my face. I had been having this trouble for about 6 months at this point. I was explaining my symptoms and the doctor interrupted me to say that I was using a lot of past tense phrases. I don’t normally write bad reviews, but this guy earned one. If you’re looking for a doctor that cares and will take the proper time to help get to the bottom of not only something you’ve been dealing with, but have also spent an exorbitant amount of money on trying to properly treat for several years, don’t see this guy!
