So disappointed. Robersons put in a new heat pump ac system July 2025. Installed a 4 ton on their recommendation, should have been a 4.5 or 5, it never seems to catch up on heat or cooling, runs way too much. Said they checked all ductwork under house, they did not, our electrician was under house and ductwork wide open in places, and they put in too small ductwork to our sunroom.They cut holes for new vents in our hardwood floors that are crooked and too small, the room needs new ductwork and is not getting heated or cooled... read more
Called this morning at 810 and by 9:30 my air was working again! Laura in the office was so nice and the technician was polite and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again!
