Came for a recall on a day they scheduled, asked for transportation said I wasn’t eligible. Call ford and they say most definitely you’re eligible for a rental. Came on the day they set the appointment not me, waited 2 hours for a rental and was sent home without one. Was supposed to be 3 days, they then say it will be another week I say well I need transportation? They then denied me for a rental again. Roberson's service department maintained my wife's car for many oil changes and other maintenance until I had enough. The service manager brought out the service maintenance folder for my wife's car but it was my brother's folder. My name isn't on the car. Each time before I left the shop, I checked the oil dip stick. DRY! I made them hoist the car to prove to me it had the property amount of oil. It was two quarts low. Never again Roberson's.
Originally posted to overall dealership site, then I noticed there was a separate page for service, to which my review applies. Took my F-150 in for an oil change which went fine. The service advisor told me that I had an oil leak. I informed him that I had a Ford extended warranty and he said he would look up how to best get the repair scheduled. Roberson Service center has always been fair to me & my family. Great at diagnostics, while my family knows shops like Crabtree or J&H seemed to be nickle & diming me replacing all associated parts, replacing the wrong parts or simplest fixes first. I was even warned a few months ago before i invested more into my truck, that my motor had more serious issues. Seemed to have a conscience to warn me, not just keep charging "fixes".
Roberson Service center has always been fair to me & my family. Great at diagnostics, while my family knows shops like Crabtree or J&H seemed to be nickle & diming me replacing all associated parts, replacing the wrong parts or simplest fixes first. I was even warned a few months ago before i invested more into my truck, that my motor had more serious issues. Seemed to have a conscience to warn me, not just keep charging "fixes".
