I’m sure the dentist and most of the staff is highly qualified and good at their jobs. I only review here because Kelly called my workplace (a pharmacy) and was immediately rude, combative, and insulted the staff. When I asked for someone else to speak to, she claimed there was no one. I’m sure someone hired her, and if the calls really are recorded as Kelly said, maybe they could listen in on our two phone calls this past Wednesday. I’m giving it 4 stars bc my past experiences with dr Robertson was amazing! In 2018 he pulled all of my top teeth and placed my denture and partial in. I never felt an ounce of pain. Yesterday however the sedation didn’t do its job I was somewhat drowsy but the pain was so real. It seems like the sedation kicked in afterwards. I remember them putting a towel over my eyes so I couldn’t see. The staff and dr Robertson are amazing it was just a bad experience for me.
Dr. Roberson and his staff are absolutely amazing!! So kind and compassionate! Couldn’t have asked for better experiences.
