We settled a family estate matter back in November. This lawfirm is fusing to release the funds (over 100k) because they won’t accept our family settlement agreement that is signed by a judge.
Continually finds excuses to not accept a family settlement agreement and a judges order in the county of said estate to release over $150,000k to the estate. Would not ever use or recommend this firm.
These attorneys and employees are the best! I have had countless closings as a seller, buyer and broker. They have been outstanding each and every time. They have my utmost trust.

I am disappointed this Attorney Holly Wright is who realtor used to close. I was never given a receipt but my credit union told me the $1000 Earnest money deposit and $1000 due diligence cashier’s check was cashed 10/07/24. I had been pre-approved for about 90 days when I found my dream home. Around middle of September realtor submitted offer with seller.
