This was by far the best experience with a Real Estate litigation attorney I've had ever. Attorney Powell was incredibly professional and quick. We settled a family estate matter back in November. This lawfirm is fusing to release the funds (over 100k) because they won’t accept our family settlement agreement that is signed by a judge.
Continually finds excuses to not accept a family settlement agreement and a judges order in the county of said estate to release over $150,000k to the estate. Would not ever use or recommend this firm.
