Less then 1 star but not possible. I guess they don't like unfavorable reviews they remove them when They hold your loved ones ashes until the highest bidder takes them. Was not contacted by these crooks even though I was the Emergency contact for my brother and handled every thing from police reports because our dear ole dad had nothing to do with us.
