Dr. Roberson discharged me after one missed appointment. His secretary, Lynn, did not call to remind me the day prior. Not only did they fail to do that, they failed to tell me why they discharged me and did not give me the discharge letter until a month later which I had to call for. Lynn, the secretary, was rude, discouraging, and untimely. I have been waiting a month to see when I could start my new meds and ECT with him, only to find out I no longer have a doctor. Updated: I gave Dr. Roberson a five star review and unfortunately that review has to be retracted. After seeing him for about a year and finally getting the medicines right. I get a certified letter in the mail informing me that he no longer wants to see me. I never missed an appointment and always paid on time. Now I am back to finding another doctor.
