Below amateur level and quality of work. They installed a new liner and rocks are poking through everywhere. They double the price for all products used. I believe that the man that owns the business is knowledgeable, but is manipulated easily by employees to perform poor work. Spend a few extra dollars and use someone else. The equipment installed was substandard and not working within a year and I have to rely on other companies to cover their mess.
Can't get them to call you back. Won't show up when they say they will. Rude on the phone. Would not recommend
I would highly recommend Robershaw Pool Service! They came out on a Monday, our pool was green, we couldn't see the bottom. By Wednesday morning our pool was crystal clear! We are first time pool owners, Phylis and Zach educated us on how to care for our pool. They are professional, and prompt! We will be using them for any pool needs in the future!
