Why I chose Robem: - Supporting domestic American small businesses - Reused all of the original Aprilia components (no silly hyper flashing issues or circuit disruptions) - Per the above, no cutting / splicing - It’s NOT SUPER tucked giving police a reason to stop me or say they can’t see my plate - Very fairly, even aggressively priced (granted it is a small sheet metal part) - Cosmetic / Aesthetic reasons. I don’t know what the deal is with these people, order got messed up and they won’t answer the phone after numerous calls over the past few weeks.
Ordered an ABS delete kit almost a month ago. Never arrived. Emailed company several times, no response. Called and spoke to Matt, owner. Went on about incorrect lines being sent from supplier and he was seeking resolution. promised to inform us of outcome and provide new ETA of order. NOTHING!!! Filed a case with PayPal and as of today he hasn't even responded to them. We do not recommend Robem Engineering.
Their products are top notch and customer service is great!
