Amazing and friendly people work here! I was stranded with sudden bad alternator but needed to get back to work ASAP. people at Robel & Sons Auto repair shop went put of their way to get the part needed with in couple of hours and installed it in in less than half an hour ! I called other shops but they all answered me with "cannot be done today". I am so thankful to this shop and would highly recommend to anyone! thank you again!
Unfortunately this is 1 of the worst experience I ever had with this shop but hopefully NEVER AGAIN since February 14 2025 Robel & Sons had my vehicle it was brought in for an ignition swipe, to now ever Tuesday or Thursday the parts is coming for 7 MONTHS NOW, who does this to people. Oh so now from the ignition swipe he have to order other parts to START the car, to PROGRAM the car, to water getting in my car from Robel leaving my hood open on a heavy RAIN STORM, now wire have to be charged because everything got wet unde... read more
