Was just in here and had a young lady provide fast excellent service. Drink is great as well. So glad they don't add a bunch of sweetener like the other places. I chose the Evergreen to compare to the other place I go.
This is my first time writing a review for any place that I have been, so I want to keep it short and sweet. I will never go back here. I think it’s completely outrageous that I get charged almost $18 for a smoothie and a pizza thing. My smoothie was so sub par, I couldn’t even believe it at first. My first time in Robeks, but hopefully not my last. The menu was PERFECT. If you’re traveling and trying to not eat junk on the road this is a perfect stop. The ladies at this particular location were fantastic! They probably filled 10 orders in the 20 minutes that my husband and I were in there for. They were super quick, efficient and professional.
Walked in to pick up my order here today. 4 workers there no acknowledgement or anything for 7 minutes... just to see how long it will take them to help me. Finally one of them asked if I wanted to order. I work in customer service and I wonder how do hire people who don't have any customer service skills or aren't friendly. No accountability.
