Competent staff and great service
Huge thank you to Ashley and the team and Rob'e Mans Euro shop for going above and beyond to deliver our car back to us on time. The shop was installing new tires and ended up with one failed valve stem. Normally this would have ended up pushing the completion to the following day. As it turns out, we needed the car back so my 16yo could take her drivers test the following morning. Ashley stayed late, found an alternative valve stem and returned our car back to us so that my daughter could get her drivers license! Thank you,... read more
Rob'e Mans team did excellent work on our 2016 MINI Cooper Clubman, very professional, efficient, and timely. Will definitely use again. Definitely highly recommended.
Not that impressed with the system. They text you the results of their inspection and you pick out which thing you want to do. No human interaction to answer questions about the the recommended services. So I turned them all down since none of the options were what I thought the car needed. 🤷♂️ Also one person in the office was using a clear spot cup for their tobacco juice. Not very appealing for a high end service place.
