I had a fence built by Robco and after 2 years I have multiple posts that are completely loose and rotted due to poor installation. They also have disolved their business here in Raleigh in order to avoid following through on fixing customers problems or standing by contracts. I can't seem to get a hold of anyone in order to have my fence fixed under the "warranty". My advice is to shop elsewhere for your fencing needs.

Make sure you shop around before you have this company build a fence. They tell you that they have a two year warranty on construction. I had a custom fence built just over a year ago. I triple checked with everyone involved about possible problems with sagging gates, warping and any problems with the integrity of the structure of everything that they built. Overall, good job and good team. However, the installers ruptured and repaired a water supply line. Also, one of the post caps was not installed correctly and came off.

Very willing to work with our needs; setting up fence was fast (completed in one working day) and looks great! Crew was courteous and efficient.
