Robby and his crew are very professional, courteous and respectful. They are quick and on time for appointments. They emptied the waste and water, checked the pump. Their price is the best. Robby knows what he's doing and is the only company that I will use and highly recommend.
Robbys was recommended by our plumber Paul Hatfield and I am very glad we called them!!! They were not expensive and came out this morning fixed a clog in our main drain, pumped our tank in 1 1/2 hours. Very impressed with their promptness and professionalism. Would highly recommend to friends and family!
Robby's team did an amazing job! Instead of just saying a I needed a new drain field (like other companies had), he wanted to troubleshoot a few things to make sure. It turned out I didn't need a new drain field, at least not yet. He found a blockage and was able to restore the flow. Saved me thousands of dollars. I chose Robby's Septic Service because they were the only company that could be bothered to return my call for an appointment request. My appointment was scheduled the next business day. I was advised an ownder would be present at the call and he was also a Master Plumber. Not only did I receive excellent service, but also an in-depth education on future care of my septic system. I think Robby is one of the most honest and reliable septic & plumbing services in Lakeland! He takes his time to do a proper inspection. We called him to come quickly for a tank that was backing up and he took the time to explain what we needed to do and what it would entail in detail. He came out to check in on us because he was concerned! He wasn’t in it to make money but rather because we feel he genuinely cared! He has earned our business for good! Look no further- he’s your guy!
Not only was Robbie prompt he was also efficient. You can tell he knows what he is doing, less than an hour an he was done and did a great job.
