I never leave bad reviews on any platform, but my experience was so appalling I feel obligated to warn others: do not take your car to Robby J's. I brought my car in due to an engine issue and specifically requested a full diagnostic. The error code didn’t align with what I was experiencing, there was clearly a deeper issue and I wanted a proper investigation. 3 months ago one of our 4wds was booked in for a service and to replace the slave cyclender. We were told it'll only take one week. We called in at the end of the week to pick up the 4wd only to be told that he had been sent the wrong part. Ok no worries. This same excuse went on for a whole month. At 3 weeks in we went and collected a couple of things out of the 4wd that we needed and noticed that even though all windows were up, the floor was soaked and that he had left our vehicle unlocked, god only knows whether he leave... read more
Great mechanic and staff very friendly
Had never been there before he said my car would be ready close of business next day and it was great service
Staff are honestly friendly enough. However I have never experienced more of a stuff around than with these guys. Simple oil change mechanics, nothing more, would definitely not recommend for price, nor for amount of time taken to do jobs.
