Terrible customer service and coating. I was using them for knife blades but never again. The coating was splotchy and had voids and I had to get multiple reworks and they STILL didn't get it right. I used them a few years ago with the same result and was hoping they had gotten better but unfortunately this isn't the case. Oh also, their machines go down seemingly all the time so the turn around I experienced was about 4 months
