The office staff is just absolutely wonderful. They’re always in a good mood. They’re eager to help and they’re down to earth they understand if a resident is having issues or problems or even if they don’t have food in their house, they have a pantry and with smiling faces help you out with no questions asked they’re wonderful. They’re helpful and generally caring people.
I came to this location with genuine interest in checking out their trailer houses, but unfortunately my experience was ruined by a lack of basic compassion. While we were there, my son ( 4 years old ) urgently needed to use the restroom. I kindly asked the lady at the rental office if she could allow him to use theirs, but she refused, saying they don’t have a public restroom. Recently became part of this community. The staff is amazing. Very polite and proactive. Quick response to requests. We attended the Valentines trivia party at the clubhouse and it was a lot of fun. Looking forward to the other activities they have planned in 2026!
I’ve lived here a couple years now and it’s wonderful! The ladies inside the office, Leona and misha, are so very kind and understanding and truly make this park a better place! The new management has definitely made this a wonderful place to stay! All around an amazing place to live!
I am in the process of purchasing a home. Brenda is fantastic making it a positive and smooth process. The ladies in the office are very accommodating and provide a positive experience every time I show up even unexpectedly!!! I’m not even a resident yet and have been invited to their March Festivities. I already feel like I am home!
