I came to this location with genuine interest in checking out their trailer houses, but unfortunately my experience was ruined by a lack of basic compassion. While we were there, my son ( 4 years old ) urgently needed to use the restroom. I kindly asked the lady at the rental office if she could allow him to use theirs, but she refused, saying they don’t have a public restroom. Leona and Brenda in the office are very nice and helpful even when they are busy. I see them out in the community a lot which I like. It tells me they care about what is going on around here. The manager is very strict on rules which sometimes make people mad, but rules are rules. They are doing a great job making this place proud to call home.
Trash place. Don’t move here. No amenities and the they have sewage problems. They refuse to fix it. My home is now ruined from all the sewage backing up. The people that run the place barely share a brain cell and are rude. Will show up at your door to scream at you for asking them to do their job.
Lived in robinwood for over 15 years and this place has gone to absolute crap. There’s really no nice way to put it. By state law residencials and private communities are required to have working streetlights. - we’ve been living in between TWO broken street lights, that have been addressed to be fixed more times than I can count. And at this point we’re begging the management to do something about this whether they implement an actual round-the-clock security guard/company, especially with how much rent is or fix the lights... read more
My family recently moved in. The sales lady was so nice. The maintenance team was very helpful with parking, trash day etc. The community manager welcomed my family to our beautiful home and checked in on us a few days later to make sure we were settled in and happy with our new home.
