My experience with this company was with a 1984 15hp outboard motor that would not start. A carburetor kit was previously installed at a different place. I told them to look at the motor and tell me what was wrong and give me an estimate for repair work. 1 week later they came back and had 5 items on a list with an estimated cost of $1,035 - $1,425.
