It’s always something when I get my car serviced. It’s always longer than a 1 hour and definitely longer than a 2 hour appointment. Even though I schedule every time… 3 hours to replace a tire is crazy. Especially when I had an appointment… When I request for something, it’s not done right. I have to ask to reset my dashboard. I have to ask to rotate my tires after one was replaced.. and when I do ask for these services with the service I already paid for.. they don’t do it right. Picked up some oil and air and thermostat little pricey but that's the way it is now day's
Average car dealership service with service reps sitting at their desks talking on the phone and clicking on computers ignoring who walks in the door. Nothing stands out to mention good or bad. Just normal life at a dealership overcharging and ignoring. Construction is making it a pain to get in and out of the parking lot.
