Service Consultant Ramiro Hernandez was excellent as always. I had to have my van towed to Robbins. Ramiro had it looked at the day of the breakdown, and had me back on the road the next day. We have been taking our two Toyota vehicles to Robbins for nine years and have never had a bad experience.
