Dr. Robbins preformed several surgeries/procedures for me over the years. He's always been very informative and attentive, both before and after surgery. My latest encounter with with went very well. He preformed a double hernia repair. To begin with it was supposed to be only one but I began to feel pain in another area just before my scheduled surgery. Where to start? I had an procedure done by Dr. Robbins last week. He didn't see me or call after the procedure was done and I have no idea how it went because no one spoke to me about it. We were told he would call the room as soon as I was done and that did not happen. Then he was supposed to call the next day, did not happen, or the following as well. For a month, I was having problems getting my Primary Care Physician to schedule me for a Cholecystectomy. I was in constant pain and urgently needed the surgery. One of Dr. Robbins nurses, Jamie, went out of her way to call my PCP and request a referral for surgery and immediately was able to get my PCP up to speed. Jamie got me in to see Dr. Robbins on the same day, Friday, and when I got there I hardly waited at all before seeing Dr. Robbins himself and he immediately scheduled me for surgery the following Monday.
