Update they have closed. We were at Robbins Saturday night with 2 other couples, who are some what picky. My wife had tried to get us in at the Roxie, I am not a fan but our friends wanted to go. Roxie has a 2 week wait for reservations, not sure why it isn't that good, in my opinion. Robbins got us in at the time we wanted and gave us a round table, my wife wanted. All our food was hot and good, service was great and the whole party said they would go back again any time.

Went as a wrestling banquet....paid $20 for over cooked pasta, dried bread crusts posing as garlic bread and lettuce with dressing....at least this time wasn't like 6 yrs ago when we were served dry chicken and powdered mashed potatoes because the pasta was nearly mush with a side of canned sauce....my son and I are currently enjoying Culvers(the first place we both agreed on immeadiatly upon leaving Robbins)

Went there tonight with a friend and his wife. Typical 70's supper club vibe and food. Nothing to complain about but nothing to rave about either. If you are in the area go ahead and give it a try. Friend's wife had the smothered chicken with fries. It looked and smelled very good and she and her husband both said it was good. He had the king ribeye w/ twiced baked potato which they both said was properly cooked and tasty. I had the fried shrimp with twice baked.
