They are only worried about making the sale, once that is done look out!! If there are any issues with the boat have fun trying to get anything fixed. So many lies and telling you what you want to hear. They have no intention of making anything right, there is always an excuse.They had my boat for 4 weeks to fix three issues and only one was fixed. I can't stress enough do not buy from Robbins marine unless you like being lied to. This has been the worst buying experience that I have ever dealt with in my life.
called for warranty work on my trailer today 10/1/20. 35 mins later my wife hung the phone up on hold so they could check their schedule, if it takes that long to check a schedule ill go somewhere else (farther) than i have to......no thanks id hate to see their service
A lot of poor reviews for this marine business and sadly I'm adding another. Shamefully, I did not read the reviews before I attempted to deal with Bob at Robbin's Marine, (I would not have considered doing business if I had). See my review for Hall's Marine in Muncy. My husband spent all week talking to the owner about a boat for sale on the website. He drove an hour and a half to look at it and buy it. My husband arrives to find it isn't even the boat they had on the site. Totally different one. Piece of crap and the guy says they sold the boat on the site in the spring but figured we would be interested in the other one he had. Bate and switch is how they do things. They would have gotten a Zero, but that wasn't an option. My husband talked to John on the phone about a new 2018 Triton. We drove up on Saturday with our trade 3 1/2 hours away. The numbers John gave Joe on the phone were not the numbers when we got there. The price had some how gone up. We decided we still wanted the boat. The boat was in the show room.
