Good price and fast shipping. Really recommend
I don't like to leave 1 star reviews. In this case, the business completely disregards common sense principles of customer service. We purchased 4 forceps for graft harvesting. Out of 4 instruments 3 failed within 60 days. We first try to reach out on December 14. Our office manager sent multiple messages and left a voicemail. We finally got a response one week later. And we were told to send the equipment back to the company which was done the same week. We didn't hear anything back for a month and had to contact the compan... read more

I made the mistake of ordering from Robbins Instruments thinking I was just buying a $50 pair of forceps for work. Then the spam from them began. The spam begging for reviews just doesn't stop. My next order will be from someone more interested in sales than reviews. I now feel like I paid Robbins Instruments $50 for a $10 pair of forceps and $40 worth of spam from yotpo. Don't make the same mistake.
