I ordered 2 jewelers forceps 3-14-26 and now it's 3-30-26. They still haven't arrived and now they won't give me a full refund. They said they would have to keep the "recall fee." Nope. Not OK.

I don't like to leave 1 star reviews. In this case, the business completely disregards common sense principles of customer service. We purchased 4 forceps for graft harvesting. Out of 4 instruments 3 failed within 60 days. We first try to reach out on December 14. Our office manager sent multiple messages and left a voicemail. We finally got a response one week later. And we were told to send the equipment back to the company which was done the same week. We didn't hear anything back for a month and had to contact the compan... read more
