I've never been so insulted in my life. Treated like trash. All we were looking for was a doctor to help get us back into the medical system. We sold our house and move to Fredericktown from Branson.
I've been seeing Dr Robbins for yrs, he will sit and explain things and he listens to our questions, as for his staff, ive never had a cross word from any of them. Sometimes they get busy and it might take awhile to get testing set up, i will continue going there.
Excellent care to me and my family.
Doc Robbins is a great doctor. His office staff is awful. I missed 1st appointment because my daughter was flown to Children's Hospital. The day before my 2nd appointment I get a phone call telling me from his nurse that if I don't have $75 or more to pay on a bill that my old insurance didn't cover then for me NOT to come in, but if I can come up with the money then I can see Doc. Great people and always willing to work you in or work with you. It would be hard to find a more caring medical provider.
