DO NOT GO HERE! My father was refused service at this office. My father provided his required drivers license and medical insurance card. Staff told him that doctor would call him back soon. Doctor asked staff to ask for my father’s immigration status and asked my father to provide his green card or passport. My father is a US Citizen and has been longer than I’ve been alive. I've never been so insulted in my life. Treated like trash. All we were looking for was a doctor to help get us back into the medical system. We sold our house and move to Fredericktown from Branson.
I've been seeing Dr Robbins for yrs, he will sit and explain things and he listens to our questions, as for his staff, ive never had a cross word from any of them. Sometimes they get busy and it might take awhile to get testing set up, i will continue going there.
Excellent care to me and my family.
Doc Robbins is a great doctor. His office staff is awful. I missed 1st appointment because my daughter was flown to Children's Hospital. The day before my 2nd appointment I get a phone call telling me from his nurse that if I don't have $75 or more to pay on a bill that my old insurance didn't cover then for me NOT to come in, but if I can come up with the money then I can see Doc.
