If I could give 10 stars I would. The crew was punctual, hardworking, and honest. No upselling, no scare tactics, just straight honest work. They spent nearly 4 hours cleaning my large home and you could see the huge pile of dust, hair, and debris they removed. My asthma has improved so much since the cleaning. My home is less dusty and my HVAC is running more efficiently. Amazing service.
Property manager here — I’ve now used this service on 6 units. Consistent, punctual, and they always send before/after photos + invoice within 24 hours. Tenants notice immediately and I get fewer “dusty smell” complaints. One unit had a tenant who smoked. After the ducts + ozone treatment combo, the next tenant said it smelled brand new. They’re my go-to for turnovers. Pricing is transparent and they’re great at communicating with tenants directly.
