I have been coming to this clinic since 2014. I have NEVER had a bad experience in the 10 + years I have been here. I am 76 years old, and my primary care physician (Dr Mortley) has been kind, caring, attentive to my needs, and ALWAYS shows patience while she listens to me. I have been a veteran since coming home from Asia in 1970. Until I turned 62, I have always used civilian doctors. Just reading the reviews for this location tells me this is 1 of the clinics that should be shut down by the government. I have several family members that are veterans and they shouldn't be treated as this clinic has demonstrated🤨

Went to the clinic on 9 Sept 24 around 2:30 because I was having chest pains. Sat down and my spouse had an accident in the bathroom. Asked for assistance from staff which did not happen. I waited at least 25 minutes to be seen and was tending to my spouse. The staff made no attempt to help me or my spouse. I had to leave and go to the ER and my daughter had to come and help my spouse. Completely unacceptable.
Was my first time going to this location and it was just for labs, but it was a very pleasant visit. Very easy to find, plenty of parking and the waiting room was very clean. Loved that they had The Andy Griffith show playing on the lobby TV. The staff was very nice and helpful. I am looking forward to going back, the commute from where we live makes this location even better.
