They were great. Our system went down in the middle of the summer. They came on sight within 24 hours. Techs were very friendly and helpful. They worked to find information about parts needed when it was a difficult process, and fixed it right there. We will be using Robbins Air Heat & Refrigeration again.

My first call was to a large home AC service company for help with my home. I was not prepared for the amount of upselling I received. I then called The AC guys for a second opinion. Wow what a difference!!!! Very pragmatic approach with friendly, skilled and professional staff. The first impression was perfect. I will follow up after the repairs are complete!
