Kristine was wonderful! She took excellent care of my teeth and made sure to explain everything in detail. I felt very comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit.
The office staff from greeting to check-out were professional in manner and on time. The dentist and dental assistant worked very well as a team. I was informed prior to, during and post procedure as to what was happening and what to expect. I would recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry without hesitation.
My most recent visit was really disappointing and it’s making me reconsider my decision to keep my 6-month follow ups with this practice. The dental hygienist that treated me this time removed my plaque so aggressively she made me bleed three different times. I could even see blood going up through the fluid suction every time she made me rinse. Each time she nicked me she would say sorry half heartedly because I would let her know she was hurting me only to do it again shortly after. This was by far the worst experience I’v... read more
