The team at Wake Forest Riccobene has been very welcoming to me and my family of 5. Dr. DeMichele is professional, caring, thoughtful and has a good sense of humor. His assistants explain everything so well. We have seen both hygienist and even some temps when they were out on vacation and had nothing but a pleasant experience. The office is very cozy, it's not a huge office which I like. Don't hesitate to give them a try!!!
After 17 years of being Dr Robbie’s patients, our family is leaving this practice. The family feeling was gone once Riccobene took over. What used to feel like a very personal experience with staff that knew us has been replaced with a cattle call type atmosphere. Dr Robbie has seen our kids grow up, we love her and Barbara. I have had a couple of chips on my front tooth that have been bothering me for a few years. I’ve been told by a couple of other dentists the chips could only be reshaped but not filled, which I did not want because I wanted my natural tooth shape. Dr DeMichele fixed everything so perfectly and made it look exactly like my natural tooth. He respected my wishes to not shave down my natural tooth and talked me through every step.
