I had been waiting 3 months to see Dr. Mangalasseril with symtoms getting worse and just a few days of my appointment, they called to cancel without giving a reason other than he was out of town, not available etc. Then offered to re-set appt for 3 months later. If I'm referred to a cardialogist, 6 months is absurd and to cancel just a couple days in advance with no real valid reasons other "being out of town" is frankly BS. When I complained, they said to go to "emergency". Cox is awful and this doctor in particular.
Absolutely fantastic! He really takes his time with you, answers all your questions and is very kind. Highly recommend. Thank you!
