From my first phone call, Roman Roberson was positive, understanding, and helpful. We were in a bad situation: our 2023 Explorer's air conditioning had quit working. The local dealer from whom we bought the 2023 car new was not being helpful at all (three weeks to get in for diagnostics---in 95+ degree weather, and no loaner vehicles!) The service department does not communicate with the customer much less between the technicians. They will keep your vehicle all day and never do anything, and try to charge you for something they broke in the first place. Beware, also make sure you are checking your oil after an oil change.
Our technician was great and corrected our problem the very first time. We had a great experience!
